Lara Enein-Donovan, MA
Lara Enein-Donovan has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation. She is the program coordinator of the Employment Services Program at the ICI. Lara is also an author for the College of Employment Services. In that role, she writes and hosts online courses that cover the history and philosophy of supported employment, successful marketing and placement of individuals, and respectful job supports.
Lara has worked as a vocational program supervisor and an employment specialist, performing job development, job coaching, career exploration, and counseling. She has experience and skills supervising program staff, mentoring professionals in the field of rehabilitation counseling, and working with diverse teams to assist individuals in obtaining their employment goals.
Lara has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on topics related to disability and employment. She provides technical assistance and individualized training to provider agencies. She has co-authored a number of articles and publications on employment and disability, including a journal publication on employment staff competencies. Lara has been awarded the Leadership in Supported Employment Award by APSE (both the national organization and the Massachusetts chapter).
